"Release the undead!" the Scientist shouted as they walked toward 154. After wasting two clips of M16 on the undead and on the living, 154 notices another city up ahead. "Sunset City." as he ran through toward the city, he encounter's Zeus, and after they fight, 154 is fatally shot and is knocked by Zeus but with his 1911 in hand, 154 shoots a whole clip to Zeus in various areas, damaging it's sensors and CPU, and is finally killed.

"Damn, I need a better gun." but as he finished one of them approached him with a M16, and unfortunatly for the strike team member, 154 shot a couple bullets between the eyes and took the rifle killing off each member and taking only some ammo, a Spas 9 shotgun, and a medkit and keycard. When he got in the elevator, a group of guards came in only to be slaughtered, but knowing a strike team would come 154 climbs out and hangs to a ladder, when the strike team enters he shoots the rope sending them to their death, and after leaving the shaft, 154 sees the exit and of course, Posiden, but by running and dodging afew shots from Posiden's beam's 154 blast him up close in the head with a whole Spas magazine, squirting out synthetic blood, but before 154 left, his head soon started to ache as strange memories came, memories of things that he never had. "I think they gave me too much drugs." as he left, 154 soon felt warm and he had no use for the medkit. After killing some enemies who got in his way, 154 saw what looked like a dead mech but it leaped out and took him down and destroyed all but his 9mm, as it what about give the final blow, and EMP blast hit the metal beast and retreated "Guess that might be Posiden's brother." and 154 got up and decided to kill it if he wanted to leave.

In the year 2015, the great 3 countries, the U.S, Japan, and the U.K paid certain military corporation's to develop military weapons such as assault rifles, tanks, and jet planes, however some dark, shady parts of the militaries unknown even to the countries leader, striked a deal with a particular company, System Corp., to make super soldiers, each skilled in certain forms of combat such as hand-to-hand, firearms, and even the handling of vehicles, but also soldiers whom can be resistant to gun shots. When System Corp. accepted this deal purely out of greed, they chose a list of employee's as scientist to work on making chemicals to make a perfect soldier or at least a near-perfect soldier, a group of scienetist managed to create these chemicals to inject into certain employee's who slacked off or guinea pigs that willingly participated, amongst one of them was Joseph Welch(age 22), a worker of System Corp. who worked as the one of mail clerk's, was chosen by three scientist: Esther Vanson(age 21), Shinji Kawada(age 56), and James Hanson(age 38), however when Joseph was chosen as the bio-project 154, he died from when James shot a full round of bullet's to Joe, the cause of death was a shock to the heart, thus they deemed a Joe a failure and put his body in a freezer, but not before they took a strand of his DNA, and not before James was killed for the mistake, however Esther wanted the body to stay in the freezer, this reason was unknown. After 3 weeks of the all clones of Project 154 died one was came up but his artificial birth was strange, though Esther said they acclerated the birth, but while they isolated the strange clone to a cell, Esther said quietly to herself "This one should be able to find out his origins.

After getting out, the clone soon runs up and hit's joe hard, but is hit by a counter-attack, pissed off, evil Joe soon takes a pipe and so does regular Joe, after beating each other the evil clone raises his weapon up and soon trips after Joe sweeps his leg, soon after a few explosions, Joe kicks his foe into the inferno below him and jumps for the chopper but barely alive, after a few stims, Joe and his freinds
soon tell the U.N about System Corp. and it's betrayal but is treated annoynomuose, soon after that, they Esther tell's Joe that she loves him, but in his response Joe says "sorry, buy im not sexually attracted to any-thing." then they all laugh, and Gabriel says he's actually an old school friend of Joe, and say's he gotten Joe a job... at Newgrounds City, 7 miles from Sunset City, asnd the job is a voice actor in gaming, soon Joe moves their, and lives in a small suburb in NG city, with Gabreil being his neighbor, and Esther and Akihabara as Scientist for NG city, soon Joe's life is back to normal after being missing for about one week, and also the war ended with China and Russia having new leaders whom were communist but like the ones from the year 2000. Joe lived a nice life with his cousin mervin being his neighbor and co-worker.

After breaking through the doors the crack team, lead by Joe and Gabreil, soon fight against the soldiers, after making their way to the reactor room, they planted C4 around the generator's and after escaping the genetic facility blew up, obliterated in a big mushroom cloud send off, after that they, along with the two scientist, arrive at the System Corp. bio-Project test facility, where they find new experiments known as Super Soldiers, After a brief fight 107 dies, but not withouut taking down his assailiant and some of his bastardous kin in an explosion from a deadly frag grenade, after reaching the weapon storage room, they soon plant some more bombs to take system corp down. but also learn that system corp. exist to profit off the war, but also supplying, the Chinese and Russian's in secrecy, soon the other two crack team member's become so enraged that they say they'll take the facility down with them knowing that it must be gone, soon Joe and Gabreil leave for System corp. and kill the president of the company, soon they arrive at the front door, and make the bloodiest mess from the first to the final after getting to the president, Gabreil grabs him by the neck and throws out the window, soon they set off the self-destruct but also see the test facility blow up, after meeting Esther and Akihabara on the helipad, they escape on the helicopter, but encounter the new 154, a look-alike of joseph giving the same name, soon after that, Joe get's off the plane unarmed and fight his evil "twin" as the last foe.

After the speech was over, they soon used some of the Med-Tek Super Stim pack's to heal Joe, whom was knocked out by Gabriel, after asking questions, Esther explaind to Joe that he is the original 154, only this time modified, and also said to him that his flashbacks were his memories soon by using a memory card in a machine linked to Joesph, he soon remembers everything, his past, his home,everything, soon he wondered why, and Akhiabara explained that his sharp shooting with single handed and light two-handed fire-arms were perfect along with heavy fire-arms used by some future projects, including the cloneded ones, soon Joe said why was he knocked out, Gabriel explainded that he would be perfect to help him and a resistance to fight system corp., but why? because System Corp has no regards for life and morale's, only for profit. soon it became Joe mission to help Gabreil, and three other rebellious projects 107, 39, and 145. three whom are a skilled crack team, that were almost killed. soon Joe and the other's left to fight system corp. but something new rose out of 154 bio-experiment tube.

After being trapped in the bio-containment cell, Joesph decided to escape from his prison by using a unstable explosive after escaping the under area of System corp. Joe soon managed to fight his way through but not without his health regenitive ability and soon notices a crack team led by his nemesis 153 in the highest point of the building, after jumping out the window his assaliants were mysteriously killed by a strange figure, no matter what happened, Joe had to jack a vehicle to fight 153, after a feirce and intensive battle Joe escaped to the forest to find the secret genetic base, after one of the feicest battles in his life he make his way to the Hades containment chamber, after shooting a few magnum rounds, Hades tranformed but still fell to it's target, soon Joe reached the end, but the president of System Corp. told him about his predecessors and soon after that Joe was finally killed however before they could extract his genes, Esther, the original lead scientist, tells them that she'll do the extraction alone with her older freind, Doctor Akihabara, and an enforcer named Gabriel, when they were alone with the corpse, they disabled the security camera's and soon they spoke out a small speech regarding Joe.

After waking up, Joseph remembers being dashed by a mech, leaving him weakened, thus lessing his grip with his guns and requring to use stimpacks due to being severely injured, after fighting through many soldiers that fought only with their fist, Joe soon finds enough weapons to put Zeus down, but when the battle begins, Joe only manages to shoot Zeus in the regulator causing a malfunction, destroying anything it see's, but after being pumped with some high-velocity bullets from Zeus, Joe manages to destroy Zeus, but then get's a transmission from an anonnymous person telling him to get to the industrial section of the city, only to meet one of his "kin" and finds out about the bio-projects, after fighting 153, Joseph soon ends up in a System Corp. base and soon he fight's some of the toughest merc's along with the a prototype god-mech of Hades, but as dragon, after hearing 153's speech about it being a failiure Joe get's into an intsense battle but after using each weapon he runs out of ammunition for all but his .1911 pistol and with one shot to the mech's CPU, he won, but not without 153 saying he's trapped, now all Joe could do was recall the events of his "birth" and with these strange flashbacks that gives him nothing but questions.
